The Constitution

Bantams Supporters’ Trust is run on a voluntary basis by a board of Bradford City supporters elected from its membership representing it's members and City fans generally in dialogue with the Football Club representatives.

The Bradford City Supporters Trust Board currently consists of  6 members.

Becoming a Board Member

Any member of the BST is welcome to stand to become a board member when annual elections take place at our AGM; the most recent election was in January 2020. However, we can co-opt members onto the Board at any time of the year.

The Trust membership includes those with many different skills, coming through all walks of life with an enthusiasm that can broaden the Trust's reach so that we can develop effectively different arms within our rich and diverse football community that makes up the Bradford City fan base.

Bantams Supporters Trust is only as strong as it's members. The Trust aims to be a dynamic and influential organisation that can unite City fans on common themes such as improving the match day atmosphere; improve the facilities that can induce a great atmosphere within the ground; making the prices at the kiosks affordable; improving choice within the Club shop; fundraising schemes to invest in Club facilities or community projects; keeping football affordable for the many; supporting the Club in widening City's support base within the community and ensuring that Valley Parade is secured as a home for our Club for generations to come. There is so much more to do.

At times as a football supporter, perhaps more frequently in the here and now when there is so much uncertainty, there will be times when we have to show our strength in numbers, to be listened to, or to rally round, should the Club need it, fans should be able to hear our clarion call.

As an independent organisation as part of a wider Supporters Trust movement, we would like to embue a culture of fratenity, solidarity and unity amongst our membership. Those qualities of strength go hand in hand with commitment and determination.

To lead on all these things we need volunteers to come and join our Trust Board and help get the message out that we are here and can do so much more with your help.

To be a Board Member you don't have to take up a specific role. If you have an interest in getting involved you can come to a Board meeting. Prior to the pandemic we met at the Midland Hotel once a month. Now we are on Zoom. Have a chat with us and let us know your interests and what skills you can offer and you can volunteer as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.

Now is the time to get involve! Help us be a force for good! Get in touch here.
