Bradford City Supporters' Society Rules were registered with the Financial Services Authority on 15 July 2002 and henceforth became legally binding as the Constitution of the Society.

1. Bradford City Supporters' Trust is the trading name of Bradford City Supporters' Society Limited.

2. The Financial Services Authority has now taken over the functions of the Registrar of Friendly Societies.

3. A proposal to amend the constitution, reducing the minimum number of Board members required from 12 to 8, with at least 5 being elected, was passed at the Annual General Meeting of 14 April 2005.
